Free initial consultation

You present your business idea to us in a non-binding initial consultation and find out about what the Business Parc has to offer. Our coaches support you in deciding which steps you should take and in which order to make the implementation of your innovative idea as effective and successful as possible.

Businessplan

Before you start a company and become self-employed, we will guide you in the development of the business model and the business plan. This includes the definition of the offer and market as well as the preparation of the financial plan. The most important thing for us is to crystallize the specific strengths and opportunities, weaknesses and risks of your business before you open it. The Business Parc aligns the processes in startup consulting specifically to two customer segments and their different needs.

In personal coaching and in the independent preparation of their business plan, potential company founders are accompanied who wish to implement an innovative business idea, including with the aim of growing and creating jobs.

Company successions are treated in the same way as startups, if the services are related to a review of the purpose or a possible reorientation of the company in question.
Other thematic topics and areas such as “women”, “50+”, “rural areas”, etc. are accompanied.

Start a company

With the foundation of a company several tasks have to be done:

  • AHV registration
  • Commercial register entry
  • Insurance (accident, illness, pension fund, etc.)
  • VAT registration

We will also help you to decide on the appropriate legal form – e.g. as a GmbH (limited liability company), as a AG (public limited company) or as a sole proprietorship.

 Support after the start

Even after your company has been founded, our coaches are there to support you – be it in determining where you stand or in finding solutions. The Business Parc also has a network of experts and partners that can be used for questions regarding the search for financing, legal problems, etc.
