Scope
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act, this data protection declaration is intended to inform the users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the Stiftung Regionales Gründerzentrum Reinach.
The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory regulations.
Please bear in mind that data transmission on the Internet can always be subject to security vulnerabilities. Full protection against access by third parties is not possible.

Access data, purpose, aim of data storage
The website operator or page provider (Cyon GmbH) collects data on accesses to the page and stores this as “server log files”. This information is also collected via statistical software (Google Analytics). The following data is logged in this way:

  • Visited website
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you came to the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The data collected is only used for statistical purposes and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Duration of data storage
In order to be able to make a serious statistical analysis, the data must be stored for up to 10 years. Depending on the predefined intervals, the data (log files) may be deleted by the hoster after just 10 days.

Handling of personal data
The website operator only collects, uses and discloses your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the data collection.

Handling of contact data
If you contact the website operator using the contact options provided, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Handling of comments and contributions
